Jessica Pitts

principal

Jessica is a co-founder and Principal of Flywheel Development LLC. She oversees project feasibility, finance, design, and construction. In addition, Jessica manages the integration of renewable energy into the company’s projects and data analysis of project performance. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree, both from Cornell University.

 
 
 
 
 
 

John Miller

Principal

John is a co-founder and Principal of Flywheel Development LLC. He manages new business development, including acquisitions and entitlements, and leads the company’s engagement with partners. John is a graduate of Duke University and holds a Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
