Jessica is a co-founder and Principal of Flywheel Development LLC. Jessica oversees project feasibility, finance, design, and construction. In addition, Jessica manages the integration of renewable energy into the company’s projects and data analysis of project performance. John Miller

Principal

John is a co-founder and Principal of Flywheel Development LLC. John manages new business development, including acquisitions and entitlements, and leads the company’s engagement with partners. John is a graduate of Duke University and holds a Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

Amberli Young

Green Development Manager

Amberli is the Green Development Manager at Flywheel Development LLC. Amberli manages green building standards compliance, and contributes to project acquisition, partner engagement, and project delivery. Amberli is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and is a Master’s Degree candidate in Public Administration at the George Washington University.

 
 
 
 
 
 

Mr. Kitty Biscuit

Chief financial officer

Mr. Kitty Biscuit wears many hats at Flywheel Development and is instrumental to company success. Previously serving as Comptroller of the Currency with the United States Department of the Treasury, Kitty joined Flywheel Development in 2015 as Chief Financial Officer. In addition to his core responsibilities, he is instrumental in setting the company’s vision and direction, contributing to project selection and execution on a detailed level.
