NZE in Congress Heights

Flywheel is current working on a new townhome development site in the Congress Heights neighborhood of Washington, DC. The 16 affordable homes will be built on a site awarded by District's Department of Housing & Community Development (DHCD) and will achieve net zero energy and Passivhouse performance.
